Refund and Return Policy


  • The 30-day period begins from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.


  • If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we will provide a full refund for the purchase price. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.


  • If you wish to exchange your product for another item of equal or lesser value, we are happy to assist you.
  • The exchange is subject to product availability.
  • If the desired item is of higher value, the price difference will need to be paid.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team at within the 30-day period to initiate the exchange or refund process.
  • Provide the necessary details, including your order information and reason for return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item.

Inspection and Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • If the item is approved for exchange or refund, we will proceed accordingly as per your request.

Sale items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned.


  • Contributions are non-refundable and non-tax deductible.

Limited 30-Day Warranty 

  • Warranty Coverage:

    • The 30-day limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
    • The warranty is valid from the date of purchase, as indicated on the original sales receipt.
  • Warranty Terms:

    • The warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
    • The warranty is subject to the product being used and maintained in accordance with the provided instructions and guidelines.
    • The warranty is valid only for products purchased from authorized retailers or directly from [Your Company Name].
  • Warranty Claims:

    • To initiate a warranty claim, please get in touch with our customer service team with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or images.
    • Our customer service team will assess the claim and may request additional information or evidence if necessary.
    • If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective product with an equivalent or similar item.
  • Warranty Exclusions:

    • The warranty does not cover damages from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
    • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, fading, or damage caused by exposure to extreme weather conditions or light source heat/temperature.
    • The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
    • SOCs cannot be used on halogen or incandescent light bulbs. 
  • Limitation of Liability:

    • Our liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective product as stated above.
    • In no event shall Papillon & Bee, LLC | Outdoor Light Socbe liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using our products.
