What is the Outdoor Light Soc?
The Outdoor Light Soc is an easy-to-install lighting accessory that adds a coloring effect that’s mood-enhancing and perfect for any occasion: holidays, special events, celebrations, or general lighting preference. Manufactured using a proprietary process, these covers fit over exterior uplighting/bullet lighting fixtures to accent the home or business at night.
WARNING: Outdoor Light Soc should not be used on halogen or incandescent bulbs.

What type of uplighting features can I use the Outdoor Light Soc on?
The Outdoor Light Soc should only be used on LED uplighting/bullet lighting fixtures. Depending on the wattage, most LED uplighting/bullet lighting fixtures get around -4°F to 104°F in temperature. The Outdoor Light Soc heat rating is between -58°F to 392°F.
Check with your local electrician to determine what type of uplighting/bullet lighting fixture is installed on the exterior of your home/business.

What sizes do the Outdoor Light Soc come in?
The Outdoor Light Soc is available in small, medium, or large sizes. They are designed to stretch and fit over most uplighting/bullet lighting features.

- Small: fits uplighting/bullet lighting fixtures 3.0 to 3.5 inches in diameter
- Medium: fits uplighting/bullet lighting fixtures 4.0 to 4.5 inches in diameter
- Large: fits uplighting/bullet lighting fixtures 5.0 to 5.5 inches in diameter

What does my contribution go towards?
99% of your contribution and purchase will go toward manufacturing and testing.
1% of your contribution goes towards projects that remove carbon dioxide (CO2) from the atmosphere, primarily by purchasing the permanent removal of CO2 at a particular price per ton.
